Additionally, we will also discuss the history and evolution of fair housing laws and how to ensure compliance. Our goal is to foster an environment of diversity & inclusion, which we will discuss throughout the session. In addition to talking less and listening more. We need to be intentional about creating diverse and inclusive environments. We'll also discuss strategies and examples of how we counter the stereotypes that we have about people. Using privilege effectively is key to this work, and for all of this to be effective, we need to be the change that we want to see. To achieve Big Tent Diversity, we need to know where we are now. To understand where we are now, we need to know how we got here. After we have gained that knowledge, we can deliver outcomes that create the future that makes us proud.
