A major result of this investigation brought about the need for real estate licensee education on Fair Housing. The purpose of this class is to provide real estate professionals in today's diverse market with the knowledge and understanding necessary to recognize the importance of fair housing laws and to conduct their business in a responsible, ethical and nondiscriminatory manner. Objectives: Define and understand the topic of Fair Housing. Describe the history of Fair Housing Laws and why they are important. Understand Florida State and County level Fair Housing Protections.
