Licensees must be certain they are in compliance with federal and state laws regarding Internet use and advertising. 

They must make sure they are protecting the privacy of their clients. 

In addition, REALTORS® must also adhere to the NAR Code of Ethics as it pertains to advertising, electronic communication and representation.

Course Objectives: Correctly manage your online profile, copyright law and blogging for business, provide a written record of transactions, avoid conflict of interest and adhere to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

To participate, you must register by noon on Friday, October 2nd.

Registrants will receive login instructions from Florida REALTORS® prior to class.
