Susan is a licensed title insurance agent. As District Manager, Susan creates business models for real estate workflow for specialty divisions such as builder, auction, investment, REO and foreclosure.  This is in addition to the traditional residential and commercial segments of the ever-changing real estate environment over the past few years.
