This course empowers Realtors® with practical strategies to manage and resolve conflict while maintaining professionalism and positive working relationships.

From minor misunderstandings to deeply rooted differences of opinion, you will learn how to reach mutually acceptable resolutions, communicate more effectively with clients and colleagues, and apply conflict-resolution techniques within the people-focused world of real estate.
