This State Mandatory course is one of the most important steps in "jump starting your career" and should be taken right after you have obtained your Florida Sales Associate License.

Topics Include:
  • How to Sell Real Estate.
  • Working with Buyers and Sellers.
  • Comprehensive Overview of Financing.
  • Valuating Real Estate and Investment Property.

Sales Associate licensees must complete 45-Hours of Sales Associate Post License course and exam, prior to your first license renewal date.

Course Fee: $195, includes textbook and course material.
MCRTC Auditorium: Monday, 6/14, Wednesday, 6/16, Friday, 6/18
Saturday, 6/19 session will be held via ZOOM (registrants will receive Zoom link from the instructor).
9AM-5PM each day.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Jennifer is no stranger to Florida, having family who has lived also in The Palm Beaches for over 28 years.  She has been in real estate for 30 years with licenses in MA, NY, VT & Florida. She is a licensed real estate instructor in MA and FL with 25 years of teaching experience. Her expertise includes pre-licensing classes and mentoring, with one of the highest state passing rates for first-time testers. Jennifer believes in this industry and prides herself in personal, fun, and rewarding educational experiences.
