GRI 100 Series- Standards of Practice is a "nuts and bolts" approach to transaction management, professional standards, legal aspects of contracts, understanding legal issues, financing alternatives, fair housing and diversity.

GRI 101,102, and 103 are each a 15-hour course with a 1.5 hour exam approved for 11 hours of continuing education specialty credit or 15-hours of sales associate post licensing credit per module. Modules GRI 101 and 103 each carry 3 hours of Core Law credit.

Course Dates:

Module 101: Wednesday, January 8th (8:00am-5:00pm) registration begins at 7:30am.

Thursday, January 9th (8:00am- 5:30pm) Exam Closed Book- 4:00pm- 5:30pm.

Module 102: Monday, January 13th (8:00am-5:00pm) registration begins at 7:30am.

Tuesday, January 14th (8:00am- 5:30pm) Exam Closed Book- 4:00pm- 5:30pm.

Module 103: Wednesday, January 29th (8:00am- 5:00pm) registration begins at 7:30am.

Thursday, January 30th (8:00am-5:30pm) Exam Closed Book- 4:00pm- 5:30pm.

Course Registration Fee: MCRTC Members- $349 Series, $149 per Module.

Non-Members- $399 Series, $149 per Module.

Course Fee includes textbook.

Gonzalo Mejia

Gonzalo is originally from Lima, Peru, where he studied Industrial Engineering. After moving to the states in 2001, he started his real estate career in 2004 in Pensacola, Florida. Gonzalo moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2009 where he currently leads a successful multilingual real estate team.

With over 25 years of experience teaching different topics and a licensed real estate licensed instructor since 2014.

Gonzalo is a national and international speaker and feels extremely lucky to be given the opportunity to share his experience with REALTORS® across the globe.

Gonzalo holds the following designations: ABR, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, SRS, AHWD and C-RETS.
